Using this site
You may browse the site and use the contact form and client portal for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to probe, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site, its accounts or its data, and do not submit content that is unlawful, misleading or infringes anyone else's rights.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your portal credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately at teams@ivorystudios.io if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other clients at risk.
Enquiries and proposals
Submitting a brief or booking a call does not create a contract. Scope, price, timeline and ownership of deliverables are set out in the proposal you accept.
Portfolio and concept work
Case studies show our work and, where marked "Concept", illustrative builds. Results described reflect specific projects and are not a guarantee of similar outcomes for your business.
Intellectual property
The site design, copy and code are owned by Ivory Studios or its licensors. Third-party names, logos and images belong to their owners. Ownership of client deliverables transfers as stated in the relevant agreement.
Liability
The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
